The service went on-line for users of Adaptiv's PeopleScheduler Plus workforce management software. Users of the software may sign up for NETCOM's service with no registration fee (a $25.00 value) and have the option to sign up for 40 hours of Internet access during peak hours and unlimited access during off-peak hours.

Users can view and access Adaptiv files in all sections of The Home Page. The Technical Forum facilitates conversation between customers and Adaptiv staff. The User-to-User Forum is a service to help users exchange idea and tips with each other; a user's directory is provided to facilitate connections.
