The Lansco Corporation has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for approximately 24,000 SF of retail space at 345 W. 42nd St. in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

Insignia/ESG of New Jersey has been appointed as the exclusive selling agent for the Interchange An interchange is a location where two things meet, usually perform some kind of exchange, and possibly go on their ways again. It is most commonly used in four contexts:

 Commerce Center, a 130-acre, approved industrial/office development site in Orange county, N.Y. Senior managing director Benjamin Katz and managing director Frank Lopriore will handle this assignment on behalf of Insignia/ESG.

Goldschmidt & Associates has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 330 Central Park Ave. in Scarsdale, N.Y., a 3,600 SF retail property.

Pam Bren Goldschmidt will handle this assignment on behalf of the firm.

In an all-cash transaction, Jeremiah A. Houlihan and James K. Coleman, of HoulihanParnes Realtors, LLC, have arranged the sale of an eight-store strip center on the corner of Boston Road and Seymour Ave. in the Bronx. The property contains approximately 6,000 SF of retail space.

John Nickelsberg, Esq., of Rabine & Nickelsberg, PC, represented the seller and Simon Rothkrug, Esq. represented the buyer.
