AGENTS

Valensi Realty, Inc. was appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at 382 Broadway. The space, located on the southeast corner of White St., contains 5,500 SF on the ground level, 7,000 SF on the lower level, and 7,000 SF on the sub level.

Jacob Sinai, director, will handle the assignment on behalf of Valensi Realty, Inc.

Rockwood Realty Associates, LLC has been retained as an exclusive selling agent for Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, N.J. The property is a 1,468,616 SF super-regional shopping center.

The Lansco Corporation has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for approximately 24,000 SF of retail space at 345 W. 42nd St. in New York City. The space will anchor the 41-story residential tower scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2002.

Alan Victor, Jeffrey Paisner, and Taylor Baldwin will handle the assignment on behalf of Lansco.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the retail space at 55 Spring St. in New York City. The property contains approximately 300 SF of retail space on the ground level plus a basement. Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph Aquino, managing director, will handle this assignment on behalf of Garrick-Aug.

Insignia/ESG of New Jersey has been appointed as the exclusive selling agent for the Interchange Commerce Center, a 130-acre, approved industrial/office development site in Orange county, N.Y. Senior managing director Benjamin Katz and managing director Frank Lopriore will handle this assignment on behalf of Insignia/ESG.

Goldschmidt & Associates has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 330 Central Park Ave. in Scarsdale, N.Y., a 3,600 SF retail property.

Pam Bren Goldschmidt will handle this assignment on behalf of the firm.

SALES

In an all-cash transaction, Jeremiah A. Houlihan and James K. Coleman, of HoulihanParnes Realtors, LLC, have arranged the sale of an eight-store strip center on the corner of Boston Road and Seymour Ave. in the Bronx. The property contains approximately 6,000 SF of retail space.

John Nickelsberg, Esq., of Rabine & Nickelsberg, PC, represented the seller and Simon Rothkrug, Esq. represented the buyer.

GHP Office Realty announced the purchase of 218 Route 17 North, a 25,000 SF office building in Rochelle Park, N.J. from Sanyo North America.

WRA Properties, Inc. announced the following transactions:

* The sale of a brick apartment building at St. Marks Place in Brooklyn for approximately $500,000. David Rinaldi was the broker in the transaction.

The sale of a four-story, brick, walk-up on Quincy St. in Brooklyn for $700,000. David Rinaldi was the broker in the transaction.
