On Reducing Stress with Laughter


Managing stress with laughter is a good idea. Even if the laughter is artificial, it helps you in de-stressing. Laughter reduces stress hormones in the blood stream. Laughing with others helps you in creating a support system

Is stress weighing you down, and your productivity and effectiveness is getting seriously affected? Are you feeling overwhelmed with stress and there is no end in sight to mounting tensions? You may have tried some over the counter medicines, maybe some herbal remedies, but nothing works. This is the time that you try an established natural therapy that has been used for generations for relaxing making you feel better.

What is this miracle cure that that relaxes you, and makes you feel great? It''s laughter. Laughter is nature''s way of easing tension and helping you relax. Take some time to laugh every day and you''ll start feeling better.

In addition to stress relief, laughing helps you eat less, it increases your pain threshold level, and it helps you to heal faster. So just do it! Find any reason to laugh; if there is no reason, create one, go to a funny movie, or laugh for no good reason at all, but starting today laugh your way to a less stressful and more relaxed life.
