On Ideas, Inc. Purchases Husk Jennings Galloway + Partners.

 Jennings Galloway + Partners, a 27-year-old advertising, marketing and public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  agency, today announced it has reached a purchase agreement with On Ideas, Inc., a newly formed advertising, branding and public relations agency based in Jacksonville.

On Ideas will now represent HJG HJG History Journals Guide +P's clients, and all employees of HJG+P are now employees of On Ideas, which will be headquartered in HJG+P's offices. Melanie Husk, HJG+P president and partner, and agency partner Del Galloway will transition with On Ideas, ensuring continuity. Gary Husk will devote his energy full-time to his fine-art businesses -- Push 2 Gallery and Bay Street Editions.

On Ideas is led by partners Tom Bolling and Frank Costantini, who represent more than 45 years industry experience. In spring 2005, Bolling relocated to Jacksonville from Toronto, Ontario, where he was a partner in Real, a Toronto-based advertising agency. Prior to forming Real, Bolling was founding partner in Wolf Group, an advertising and branding agency.
