as the document routing standard for delivery of legal documents easily and efficiently to multiple recipients and destinations simultaneously. With the multiple destination, multiple format requirements of e-filing and the stringent size limitations, AccuRoute was a natural solution to many of the legal profession's e-filing challenges," said Thaddeus Bouchard, CTO (Chief Technical Officer) The executive responsible for the technical direction of an organization. "The ability to convert documents to text-searchable PDFs, compress them and deliver them to multiple locations with multiple format requirements can make e-filing part of the standard case document distribution process; saving law firms both time and money. Depending on the court requirements, some e-filed documents are simply compressed and e-mailed in a format and location specified by the courts. Other courts have Web-based interfaces as part of their case management tools. As the e-filing market matures, we will continue to invest in AccuRoute and the seamless interfaces into these e-filing systems."

Many law firms originally adopted AccuRoute to manage its legal and court document workflows with multiple files going to multiple recipients (internally and externally) for every client. With the adoption of e-filing increasing, the company has seen e-filing grow to account for more than fifty percent of AccuRoute usage by some of their customers.

While e-filing is still a very disparate technology, AccuRoute can help alleviate the variables in e-filing to multiple locations while even distributing documents to opposing counsel through a streamlined document routing standard.
