Omnipoint Secures International Roaming in Slovenia.
CEDAR KNOLLS, N.J., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Customers of Omnipoint Communications (Nasdaq: OMPT OMPT Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy ) can now use their advanced wireless service when traveling in Slovenia. The Personal Communications Services (PCS (1) (Personal Communications Services) Refers to wireless services that emerged after the U.S. government auctioned commercial licenses in 1994 and 1995. This radio spectrum in the 1. ) provider today launched its first roaming agreement in the country with Mobitel d.d. Slovenia. This is Omnipoint's 68th international roaming deal.
