Omicron Technologies Announces Personnel Changes And Project Status.

BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2000--Omicron
Technologies, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets:OGPS) is pleased to announce that
Sak Narwal has been elected President and Director of the company.
Former President, Barrett Sleeman, has been elected Chairman of the
Board of Directors. Secretary/Treasurer and Director of the company,
David Naylor, who recently left a senior financial position with a
major media company will now assume the full-time duties as Chief
Financial Officer, the position previously held by Mr. Narwal.
The company also wishes to state that the target launch date of
our Casino software has been delayed. However, Omicron strongly
anticipates that the Casino software will be launched this year, and
anticipates being in a position to release a target date very soon.
Several employees, including Project Leader - Brian Schindel and
Marketing Manager - Paul Mendes, are no longer with the company.
However, Omicron is currently well advanced in filling the positions
vacated.
Finally, it is anticipated that the soft launch of our Bingo
software will be during the month of April. Even with the absence of
any significant marketing efforts to date, several thousand people
have registered for beta testing on our Bingo website.
