Oman all set to leave its mark at Yeoso expo.

 Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, the Interior Minister, and his accompanying delegation arrived yesterday in Yeosu , Republic of South Korea.

During his visit to the city of Yeosu, the interior minister will participate in the National Day celebrations at the sultanate's pavilion in Expo Yeoso 2012. This function is scheduled to be held tomorrow. He will also visit several other pavilions of friendly countries participating in the exhibition.

The interior minister will be heading to the Korean capital of Seoul on Wednesday, where he will meet with the South Korean Prime Minister to discuss steps for strengthening bilateral cooperation between the Sultanate and the Republic of Korea in

various fields.

During his visit, the minister will also inaugurate in·au·gu·rate  
tr.v. in·au·gu·rat·ed, in·au·gu·rat·ing, in·au·gu·rates
1. To induct into office by a formal ceremony.

2.
 the new building of the Sultanate's embassy in Seoul. He will later participate in a tourist night show organised by the Tourism Ministry.

The official delegation participating in the Omani pavilion at EXPO Yeoso 2012 includes the agriculture and fisheries minister, environment and climate affairs minister, and a number of undersecretaries and local media representatives. Sayyid Hamoud was received upon his arrival in the city of Yeoso by Mohammed bin Salim Al Harthy, the Sultanate's ambassador to the Republic of South Korea and Mohsen bin Khamis Al Balushi, adviser to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Commissioner-General of the Sultanate Pavilion at expo-Yeosu 2012 in Korea and a number of senior Korean and Omani officials.
