(Olympus), the leading provider of health claims administration and cost containment services in the global market through its wholly owned subsidiary Radix Risk Management (Radix) LLC, today announced that Olympus has reached an agreement to sell certain assets relating to reinsurance brokerage operations, and the brand name Radix Risk Management, to PARIS RE Latin America (PARIS RE).

A client referral agreement has also been signed between PARIS RE, the parent of PARIS RE Latin America, Inc., and Olympus Managed Health Care Inc., Olympus' main operating company, to provide cost containment and administrative services to PARIS RE cedent companies.

Through this transaction and referral agreement, Olympus' two decades of dedicated and innovative approaches to facilitating access to healthcare for foreigners seeking medical care in the Unites States will strengthen and grow the company's unparalleled service to its clients. Olympus will continue to offer risk management, consulting services, and turnkey products under a new name.
