Old vehicles rally round for fans.

A RALLY of historic vehicles will be held at the NationalCoalMining Museum.

The Historic Commercial Vehicle Society will showcase vehicles from the 1920s to the 1980s. Alongside them will be a range of pre-1970 cars and motorcycles.

The usual attractions at the museum at the former Caphouse Colliery at Overton, near Flockton, will remain open at the free event.

The rally takes place tomorrow staring at 10am.

Volunteers are needed to help maintain the museum.

Staff are hosting an open afternoon on Monday from 1 until 4pm in the museum library for people interested in helping at the attraction.

They need people who can spare a few hours of their time.
