Old Original Bookbinders is back.

Old Original Bookbinders, a Philadelphia seafood-restaurant institution since 1865, is back in business after a three-year shutdown.

Part of a $21-million renovation, Bookbinders sports a new look in a 13,000SF dining space seating 400.

The menu, created by new chef David Cunningham of Le Bernardin and Lespinasse, blends Bookbinder signatures like snapper soup and bouillabaisse with modern classics.

Twelve fresh fish--grilled, broiled or blackened--are featured daily. Entrees range from $17 to $28.
