Timothy J. "Tim" Ryan (born July 16, 1973) is an American member of the Democratic Party, who is a U.S. representative for the 17th district of Ohio, serving since 2003. (D-Ohio) for his support of veterans, co-sponsor of H.R. 1218, mandatory funding for the VA, and for signing a pledge for the funding while serving as member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee.
