Oh No! The Robot, #7.A far cry from cut-and-paste cruelty, this issue of Oh No! The Robot is one short story and it's amazingly great. The story follows some intersecting in·ter·sect v. in·ter·sect·ed, in·ter·sect·ing, in·ter·sects v.tr. 1. To cut across or through: The path intersects the park. 2. characters, all of whom are easy to identify with and will remind you of some of your friends as well. But what pulls this one to the top is the writing: heartfelt without being cliched cli·chéd also cliched adj. Having become stale or commonplace through overuse; hackneyed: "In the States, it might seem a little clichéd; in Paris, it seems fresh and original" , perfectly descriptive without being wordy, gut-level without mock depravity, well crafted without being pretentious pre·ten·tious adj. 1. Claiming or demanding a position of distinction or merit, especially when unjustified. 2. Making or marked by an extravagant outward show; ostentatious.
