Office solutions provider inks 15-year lease to join prestige roster at 825 Third Avenue.


CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  announced that it has arranged a 19,244 s/f transaction at 825 Third Avenue on behalf of office solution provider Corporate Suites. The 15-year lease was for the entire 2nd floor.

CB Richard Ellis' Snezana Anderson, a senior vice pPresident in the firm's Midtown office, and Rocco Laginestra, an associate, represented Corporate Suites.
