A 1.7-acre office site in North Little Rock rang up a $283,424 deal.

Independent Agents of Arkansas Education Foundation purchased the location at the southeast corner of Northshore Drive and Northshore Place. The seller is Pfeifer Family Ltd., led by Eugene Pfeifer III.

The land previously was used to help secure a July 2002 mortgage of $2 million held by Bank of the Ozarks.

The property was acquired in May 2000 for $2.1 million as part of a 600-acre deal with Karen Smith Riecke and North Shore Ltd., led by Harold Tenenbaum.
