The Team was also responsible for procuring the buyer, Bridgeport Lafayette 2005 LLC, an entity owned by Hampshire Partners Fund VI, L.P.

1000 Lafayette Boulevard's design and construction have made it one of the most appealing and prominent properties in Bridgeport's Central Business District. The Class A property is comprised of a 214,444 s/f, 11-story office building with a connected seven-story parking garage.

At the time of sale, 1000 Lafayette Boulevard was 100% leased to a strong tenant roster including People's Bank, the Federal Bureau of Investigation Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice charged with investigating all violations of federal laws except those assigned to some other federal agency.  and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
