Office acquisition II.

A 30,400-SF office building in North Little Rock changed hands in a $1.8 million deal.

NTP North Little Rock LLC of Memphis acquired the 2500 McCain Place property from Woodcrest Co. LLP, led by James Matthews.

The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $4.75 million from First Tennessee Bank of Memphis.

The 1.7-acre development previously was tied to a May 2003 mortgage of $6.3 million held by Bank of the Ozarks in Little Rock.

The Matthews family has owned the property since purchasing the land in January 1925 as part of a $16,000 deal with Martha Pratt.
