Office Managers, Inc. Subsidiary Western Gas Corporation Signs Agreement for a Gas Drilling Prospect with the Ken Lyons Company of San Angelo, Texas.

Office Managers, Inc (OTCBB:OFFM) is an incubator company whose purpose is to identify and acquire companies with a unique technology and/or product, infuse them with necessary capital and development, and spin off those companies as a value-added to OFFM shareholders.

The purpose of the formation of wholly owned subsidiary Western Gas Corporation is to take advantage of the ever-increasing need for energy in North America coupled with the price of gas in excess of $5.00 per thousand cubic feet.

Western Gas Corporation has signed an Agreement with The Ken Lyons Company of San Angelo, Texas to participate on a percentage bases in a variety of Prospect gas drilling programs beginning in September 2003. The first Agreement signed is to take a 5.625% working interest in the leases of the Lightner Prospect in Concho and Mc Culloch Counties, Texas.

The Assignment shall be made without warranty and shall convey to Western Gas, a 4.50% net revenue interest in the Leases. The Lightner Prospect first Well-Krieg "A"#1 includes 646 acres and is located 4 miles South of Melvin, Texas. The Wells total depth will be 1750 feet and can possibly encounter 3 pay zones within such shallow drilling.

With natural gas prices so outstanding and the inexpensive costs to drill at these depths, makes this an outstanding prospect.

The Operator, Le Clair Operating Co, expects to take possession of the drilling rig the week of September 8, 2003. The drilling is expected to take approximately two weeks and further news will be released at that time.
