Medical office space in Little Rock rang up a $425,000 deal.
Freeway Holdings LLC, led by Graham Smith, acquired the
second-floor location in the Freeway Medical Building at 5800W. 10th St.
The seller was Little Rock Surgery Properties Ltd., led by Drew Demaray.
The deal was backed with a two-month loan of $297,500 from Bank of
the Ozarks in Little Rock.
The space previously was linked with a July 1984 mortgage of
$652,800 held by the now-defunct FirstSouth Federal Savings & Loan
Association of Pine Bluff.
Freeway Holdings bought the property 16 years ago for $618,900 from
Little Rock Medical Associates II Ltd., led by Sidney Weniger. The
limited partnership purchased it in July 1984 for $284,000 from Medical
Corridor Associates Ltd., another Weniger-led group.
