Odyssey's Moroccan Copper-Silver Exploration Program Underway.

Alous will anchor an exploration campaign in Morocco with a goal of finding a world-class copper and silver deposit or deposits.

An historic mining region dating back to ancient times, Morocco has been largely overlooked by today's exploration industry. Odyssey is spurred on in this project by its geologic potential, and encouraged by expressions of interest it has received from the international mining community, including a signed confidentiality agreement. The Company's first task, currently underway, is data acquisition, digitization and compilation. This work will lead to, and provide direction for, the necessary follow up work including drilling. The Company will then be able to undertake a meaningful independent resource estimate and determination of the property's economic potential, beginning with the Alous deposit (please refer to the Company's news release dated January 5, 2005 for more details).

6,250 line kilometers of digital multi-parameter airborne geophysical survey Geophysical survey refers to the systematic collection of geophysical data for spatial studies. Geophysical surveys may use a great variety of sensing instruments, and data may be collected from above or below the Earth's surface or from aerial or marine platforms.  data have been purchased from the Moroccan Ministry of Energy and Mines. Comprising aeromagnetic, electromagnetic and radiometric data, this survey was recently completed by Fugro Airborne Surveys, a global leader in geophysical surveys, on behalf of the Moroccan government, covering a large portion of the Anti Atlas Mountains Atlas Mountains, system of ranges and plateaus in NW Africa, extending c.1,500 mi (2,410 km) from SW Morocco, through N Algeria, to N Tunisia; Jebel Toubkal (13,671 ft/4,167 m), in SW Morocco, is the highest peak. The Atlas Mts. , including the property area. Given the metal content, large size and alteration halo associated with the Alous and related copper-silver deposits and targets within the Company's land position, these geophysical data should prove crucial in delineating both exposed and shallow sub-cropping targets.

Additionally, high-resolution multi-spectral Aster satellite data is being purchased and will be processed and integrated into the Company's GIS (Geographic Information System geographic information system (GIS)

) database. Given the large size and distinct spectral signature Spectral signatures are the specific combination of reflected and absorbed electromagnetic radiation at varying wavelengths which can uniquely identify an object. The ""Spectral signature"" of an object is a function of 1) incidental EM wavelength and material interaction with  of the alteration mineral assemblage associated with Alous and related copper-silver deposits and targets, digitally processed Aster data will provide another critical tool in delineating exposed and near-surface targets elsewhere across the Company's large land position.

Meanwhile, copies of all geological, drill logs and related data, plans and sections prepared by previous workers at Alous have recently been obtained, and are in the process of being digitized and incorporated into the Company's growing GIS database.
