Odetics Reports First Quarter Results of Operations.

Odetics Inc. (Nasdaq: ODETA)(Nasdaq: ODETB) Wednesday reported revenue of $19,624,000 for its first quarter ended June 30, 2000, compared with the previous fiscal year's first quarter revenue of $22,075,000.

The company reported net income of $7,430,000 or $0.80 basic earnings per share and $0.78 diluted earnings per share diluted earnings per share
