Odenwalt v. Gillis, 327 F.Supp.2d 502 (M.D.Pa. 2004). A convicted sex offender sex offender n. generic term for all persons convicted of crimes involving sex, including rape, molestation, sexual harassment and pornography production or distribution.  filed a federal civil rights action alleging that state correctional officials had violated his constitutional rights by denying him contact visits with his minor children.
