Oce-USA Inc. acquires Douglas Paper Co. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on :OCENY) announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Douglas Paper Co. Inc., a private Corona, Calif.-based paper coating and converting company. The acquisition includes Douglas' coating and converting equipment, product formulas, inventory and trademark rights. The company said it plans to retain the Douglas work force.
