Oce-USA Inc. acquires Douglas Paper Co. Inc., a private Corona, Calif.-based paper coating and converting company. The acquisition includes Douglas' coating and converting equipment, product formulas, inventory and trademark rights. The company said it plans to retain the Douglas work force.
