SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Occam(R) Networks Inc. (OTCBB: OCNW), a supplier of innovative Ethernet- and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies, announced today that it will be holding its quarterly financial results conference call on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. EST/1:30 p.m. PST to report the results for Q2 2006.

All interested parties are invited to listen to Occam Networks' President and CEO, Bob Howard-Anderson, and CFO, Chris Farrell, present the quarterly financial results and answer questions.
