Observations ...Largest Agencies. We are pleased to present our annual largest ag communications agency listing. As interesting as it is to see who ranks where, it is also insightful to view the mix of revenue sources for agencies. And did you know, that total revenue from both ag and producer-funded accounts totals close to $105 million! The Top 5 may not have changed since 2003, but the rank order and the source of revenue mix has. It is also interesting to notice the number of new agencies that are now participating in this sector. Some are start-ups by individuals who have been in the business already. Some are new because of our industry's expanding definition of ag into food industry sectors. This year, we asked the key individuals responsible for the creative product at each agency to give their perspective on the state of the industry.
