ObjectShare's VisualWorks Distributed With Red Hat's Linux 6.0 Release; VisualWorks for Linux 3.1 Included in Red Hat's Latest Linux Distribution.


IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 1999--

ObjectShare (Nasdaq:OBJS) a leading provider of component based solutions for Internet computing and Red Hat(R) Software Inc., based in Durham, N.C., the market leading Linux developer and service provider Thursday announced the availability of VisualWorks Non-commercial 3.1 on the Red Hat Linux Red Hat Linux, assembled by Red Hat, was a popular, "middle-aged" Linux distribution (not as old as Slackware but older than Ubuntu) upon its discontinuation in 2004.[1]
