Obituaries.Frank E. Revord Dies Frank E. Revord passed away Sunday, Oct. 18 at his home. He was the former President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of Continental Freezers of Illinois. Frank was a member of the Distinguished Order of Zerocrats and held many other business honors. A prominent figure in the warehousing industry for many years, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
