Richard G.Wendorf, Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin Dells may refer to:

, Wis., died Jan. 10, 2006. He was 75. Wendorf, retired from Milwaukee Valve, joined AFS A distributed file system for large, widely dispersed Unix and Windows networks from Transarc Corporation, now part of IBM. It is noted for its ease of administration and expandability and stems from Carnegie-Mellon's Andrew File System.

 in 1952, and his dedication to the society was rewarded in 2002, when he was made a service life member.

Don M. Gerlinger, Mequon, Wis., died Jan. 23, 2006. He was 82. Gerlinger, a metalcasting engineer, started his own business, Production Components, after learning the trade from his father. He was an AFS member since 1946.

A.P. Alexander died Feb. 3, 2006. He was 90. Alexander was chief metallurgist and a pioneering ductile iron Ductile iron, also called ductile cast iron or nodular cast iron, is a type of cast iron invented in 1943 by Keith Millis[1]. While most varieties of cast iron are brittle, ductile iron is much more ductile, as the name implies.  researcher during a 40-year career at International Harvester International Harvester Company (IHC or IH; now Navistar International Corporation) was an agricultural machinery, construction equipment, vehicle, commercial truck, and household and commercial products manufacturer. , Memphis, Tenn. He later joined the International Executive Service Corp. and consulted at metalcasting plants around the world.
