 Gudgeon, London, Ontario, Canada, died in May. He was 82. Mr. Gudgeon formed Gudgeon Brothers Ltd., Pattern Engineering and Tooling, London, Ontario, Canada and was one of the first people to introduce shell and nobake molding to Canadian metalcasting facilities.

Victor Czajkowski, Wamego, Kan., died in April. He was 81. After arriving in the U.S. in 1960, Mr. Czajkowski worked for various companies in the industry, He most recently was a set vice engineer at Miller & Co., Chicago, and plant manager at North American North American

named after North America.

 Foundry', Junction City Junction City, city (1990 pop. 20,604), seat of Geary co., NE Kans., at the confluence of the Republican and Smoky Hill rivers; inc. 1859. The rail, trade, and processing center of an agricultural and dairy area, it grew as the supply point for nearby Fort Riley, , Kan.

Walter W. Lynn, Dayton, Ohio, died in April. He was 87. Mr. Lynn had been an AFS A distributed file system for large, widely dispersed Unix and Windows networks from Transarc Corporation, now part of IBM. It is noted for its ease of administration and expandability and stems from Carnegie-Mellon's Andrew File System.
