Oasis Church purchase.

A future church site in northwest Pulaski County drew a $115,000 sales price from a North Little Rock congregation.

Oasis Church bought 39.1 acres on Ashley Road near the northwest corner of Interstate 40 and Highway 365 from Lee and Martha Kierre.

The deal is backed with a $115,500 loan from Baptist Missionary Association of Mississippi.

The property previously was linked with a February 2003 mortgage of $462,000 from National Bank of Arkansas in North Little Rock.

The Kierres purchased the land for $38.5,000 as part of a 55-acre deal nine months ago with Ron Campbell.

Campbell assembled the land in two deals in September 2002 totaling $354,000. The sellers were the estate of John Wilk, $239,000 in September 2002; and the Kierres, $115,000.
