OTR Express, Inc. (Nasdaq:OTRX), a nationwide truckload carrier and logistics company, announced today that its common stock has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the symbol "OTR". The Company's common stock will discontinue trading on the NASDAQ national market at the close of business on August 12, 1999. The Company expects trading in its common stock on AMEX to begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, August 13, 1999.
