OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Demonstrating Range of New Illumination Solutions at SID 2007.Exhibit Highlights New Advances in LEDs & More LONG BEACH, Calif. -- In tune with its Livin' Bright theme at SID 2007, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors will be presenting a host of new illumination solutions utilizing the company's advanced LED technologies for backlighting LCDs in applications ranging from HDTVs to automotive interiors to computer monitors. On display in Booth 1621 will be a 70" diagonal LCD HDTV (High Definition TV) A set of digital television (DTV) standards that offer the highest resolution and sharpest picture.
