 electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries, announced today that its Optoelectronics division has received contracts totaling $5.2 million from two customers, undisclosed for competitive reasons, for custom optoelectronic subassemblies.

The products are to be manufactured in our facilities located in Camarillo, Calif., and Orlando, Fla., with expected delivery through 2007.

Of the two contracts received, one is from an existing customer, demonstrating our performance and reliability as a leading OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it.
