 WHY: On Jan. 19, 1992, off the Oregon coast, three young men on
 Kawasaki JET SKI (R) watercraft rescued a Seattle man and
 his son from a boating accident in the rugged waters of
 Siletz Bay. The California-based Kawasaki, in conjunction
 with the Oregon State Marine Board, will award Troy
 Youngblood, Matt Reeser and Rod Chastain public service
 commendations.
