Signing on as CFO is Frank DeSimone, a veteran of over 20 years working with emerging and high growth companies. He was formerly EVP-CFO for Azurel Ltd. While there he initiated financial infrastructures including computerized information systems, budgets and SEC/NASDAQ reporting systems. Previously, Mr. DeSimone was Founder and President of Cambridge Business Services, Inc. where he developed and launched a new outsourcing business service product. He was also VP-Finance Administration at Parfums Givenchy and began his career at Pan American Airways.

Kathi S. Mendell is the new VP/Client Services Director. Ms. Mendell brings over 20 years experience in advertising. Most recently, she was Sr. VP Management Supervisor for the Zeneca and Glaxo Wellcome Pharmaceutical accounts at KPR KPR Kawartha Pine Ridge (Canada)

She worked in San Francisco at Arnold Ingalls Moranville as Associate Media Director on high tech accounts AdForce and Imprise Borland as well as OfficeDepot.com, eHow.com and eve.com. Prior to that she worked on Miller Brewing Products for Leo Burnett USA. Ms. Miller is also a BBDO alum where she did media planning for Apple Computers.
