ONIT Taps Veteran Technology Marketer Darren Vader as Vice President of Marketing.

DALLAS -- Dallas-based ONIT Communications Inc., a provider of enhanced Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to business customers worldwide, today announced it has named veteran technology marketer Darren Vader to the post of vice president of marketing. He will be responsible for global marketing strategies, direct marketing and Internet promotions, and will also support sales training and initiatives. Vader has built a distinguished career adapting sound marketing principles and practices to serve businesses in the Internet era and is a six-time ADDY Award recipient from the American Advertising Federation for innovative marketing programs.

Vader joined ONIT following five years managing successful marketing efforts for Radiant Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:RADS), the market leader in point-of-sale software, hardware and enterprise management applications for the hospitality, convenience store and entertainment industries. Prior to that, he served as director of Internet services for Graphic Technologies where he founded the Web Applications division providing enterprise solutions to niche markets, including legal, government and hospitality. In 1995 Vader co-founded DCX, Inc., a provider of Internet and web hosting services to small and mid-size business users.
