The ONESTEP GENERATOR is a unique tool that translates project functional specifications into a process control system design.
The benefits of application configuration by code generation from a library of standard process object smart control devices (SCoD) has significant benefits for end users in regulated industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. The ONESTEP GENERATOR automatically creates validation protocol document content and provides version control and change tracking features, which aid compliance with the new 21CFR11 regulations.
Component-based development is at the core of ONESTEP GENERATOR applications. It enables new applications to be created by configuring within the tool's process analysis view using libraries of process objects such as pumps, drives and valves.
