The first implementation of the solution began helping ONEOK serve 550,000 Texas Gas Service customers in May 2004 and marked the initial steps of ONEOK's initiative to achieve world-class performance and enhanced customer service. In September 2004, ONEOK successfully began serving an additional 650,000 gas customers on the new Customer Suite system within its Kansas Gas Services division. Today's announcement marks the third and final milestone in the transition, bringing more than 800,000 additional customers onto the system.

With the success of three substantial installations, ONEOK can now leverage the full capabilities of Indus Customer Suite across its multi-state territories. Indus Customer Suite is the most comprehensive customer management system available today offering unparalleled flexibility and workflow capabilities.
