ONCOR deal is good news for PBS Realty.

The deal announced last week that ONCOR International will operate as part of the Realogy Franchise Group means increased opportunity for New York-based PBS Realty Advisros.

On ONCOR International partner, PBS currently serves the New York City market with 17 sales associates providing a range of commercial real estate services including office, retail and investment sales.

"We are excited about the potential for our membership's expansion and the increased opportunities for referrals and cross selling of services," said John Brod, principal, PBS Realty Advisors. "The pairing of ONCOR International with a real estate leader such as Realogy also represents excellent opportunities for our clients."

David J. Matthes, who will continue to serve as ONCOR's president and CEO as part of Realogy, said, "Realogy has the vast resources that will enable us to expand our membership base as well as build upon the scope of services we can provide our customers."
