ON THE MOVE.

Ira D. Hall has been appointed treasurer of Texaco Inc. in White Plains, New York. He will oversee Texaco's worldwide banking and finance activities, and serve as financial manager of the company's pension and benefits plans. Most recently he served as general manager of alliance management.

Jocelyn B. Hamlar has been promoted to senior vice president of corporate communications at ABN AMRO North America Inc., the world's sixth largest bank, in Chicago. She is responsible for all advertising, pubic relations and marketing communications. Previously, she was first vice president of the department.

Harold M. Davis, M.D., has added the title of senior vice president at Prudential Insurance Co. in Newark, New Jersey. In his new position, he will be responsible for providing opportunities to raise issues, enhance operations and meet the needs of the shareholder base. He remains chief ethics officer.

Angela E. Guy has been appointed vice president of sales for Johnson & Johnson Inc., headquartered in Montreal. In her new job, she will lead all aspects of the Canadian sales organization. Previously, she was executive director, cross-functional teams, for the Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Co.

James Colon has been named general manager of the Portland region, for Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc., in Portland, Oregon. His responsibilities include overseeing vehicle and parts sales and distribution for the 73 Toyota dealers in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, western Montana and Alaska. Previously, he was national manager for large car sales.
