ON Semiconductor Expands High Performance Clock Management Portfolio with Low Skew Fanout Buffers.


New Functions and Increased Performance Levels Offer Better Timing Accuracy for High Performance Telecom, Networking and ATE Applications

PHOENIX -- Expanding its high performance portfolio of clock management solutions, ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN) has introduced three new highly accurate, low skew (1) The misalignment of a document or punch card in the feed tray or hopper that prohibits it from being scanned or read properly.

The Devices

The NB3N551 clock fanout buffer operates at up to 180 megahertz One million cycles per second. See MHz.

The device operates at VCC of 2.5 V, 3.3 V or 5.0 V. It is packaged in the Pb-free SOIC-8 and budgetary priced at $0.87 USD per unit in 2,500-unit quantities.

Operating at up to 140 MHz with a maximum skew of 100ps, the NB3N2304NZ clock fanout buffer is a pin compatible second source to the industry standard ICS2304NZ.
