OMNI FILMS SELLS FIRST MOTION MASTER THEATER IN MEXICO
SARASOTA, Fla., March 24 /PRNewswire/-- Omni Films International,

Inc., (NASDAQ: OFII) said today it has sold a Motion Master seat-based motion simulation theater to Reino Aventura for installation in a Mexico City theme park. It is the first Motion Master sold in Mexico and the 21st sold since the popular motion-simulation product was introduced in 1988, the company said.
Fred Hollingsworth III, Omni Films president and chief executive officer, said the sale is worth about $800,000 plus revenues from films the company will license for use in the theater. Hollingsworth said Reino Aventura also owns and operates a Cinema 180, another Omni Films theater system.
Included in the sale disclosed today are hydraulically actuated motion seats, a computer-based motion and show control unit to synchronize seat movements with the film being shown, a six-channel surround-sound system, theater design and services related to installation and operation of the Motion Master theater system.
Omni Films specializes in the design and sale of six different 70mm wide-screen, three-dimensional and motion simulation theater systems and produces, distributes and licenses films for use with the systems.
