Appendix V of the supplement, List of Changes for the 2006 Compliance Supplement, is a key piece of guidance to identify all of the changes that OMB has made. The 2006 Supplement is effective for audits of fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2005, and supersedes the supplement issued in Mar. 2004 and updated in May 2005.
