 BB:OMHI), through its wholly owned French subsidiary, Kohl SA ("Kohl"), has reached an agreement in principle with an industrial and commercial partner located in Meudon, France.

This agreement involves the joint development and distribution of Kohl's French Fry French fry

While Kohl currently manufacturers a French Fry machine, Kohl's partner would assist in the production of five prototypes of a second generation machine to be more responsive to the marketplace demands. Kohl's partner would receive the exclusive right to sell the fry machines in France.
