OKLAHOMA INSURANCE COMMISSIONER ARRESTED FOR DRUNK DRIVING.


Oklahoma Oklahoma (ōkləhō`mə), state in SW United States. It is bordered by Missouri and Arkansas (E); Texas, partially across the Red R.  Fisher was arrested Sept. 21 on charges of drunk driving, but he says the charge has no effect on his ability to serve and he has no plans to step down.

"I was out participating as Carroll Fisher at an event; I was not representing the state of Oklahoma," Fisher said. "After all, I have my private life just like anyone else."
