bbox The Rancho Matilija ranch house built by the Baldwin family at the turn of the century was the hub of activities for a 2,700-acre cattle ranch. The ranch is the largest single remaining parcel from the original 21,522-acre Spanish land grant of 1837. The recent dismantling of the festival thrift store, however, made it possible for the committee to develop the tour. Ojai Festivals Ltd. leaders hope the tour will fill a funding gap.
