OFS Portal Holds Board of Managers Elections.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2003

OFS Portal held elections to fill four board vacancies. David A. Armour, ENSCO International Inc., Alvaro Escorcia, Halliburton Energy Services, and Steve Sidney, Director, Baker Hughes, were re-elected to fill expired terms. Dean Bilden, BJ Services, was elected to complete the term vacated by Dave Wallis, who resigned upon his retirement from Weatherford. OFS Portal represents major upstream oil and gas suppliers who participate in the advancement of eCommerce by creation and adoption of standards and by publishing digital content to their customers.

Dean Bilden is the Director eBusiness Development for BJ Services and the newest member to the OFS Portal Board of Managers. Bilden has been employed by BJ Services for over 24 years and is based in Houston. He is currently responsible for the development and implementation of BJ Services' eBusiness strategy and initiatives globally. Over the years, Dean has held a variety of technical and management positions in U.S. Field Operations, Research and Technology and Corporate Support. Dean holds a BS degree in Geology from Northwest Missouri State University Northwest Missouri State University is a state university in Maryville, Missouri.

David A. Armour is the Controller of ENSCO International Inc. Mr. Armour joined ENSCO in 1990 and assumed responsibility for ENSCO's e-business initiatives in August 2000.
