Taking the plunge after the ribbon-cutting will be a variety of community leaders participating in the ``Big Cheese'' race, in which competitors wearing cheese heads paddle rafts across the pool and back. Among those donning swim suits and cheddar chapeaus will be Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California.
