OEC Compression Corporation Announces Exercise of Warrant.

OEC Compression Corporation (AMEX:OOC) today announced that HACL, Ltd. and an officer of the Company exercised the warrant issued to HACL, Ltd. in connection with HACL, Ltd.'s initial investment in the Company back in December of 1996. Pursuant to such exercise, the Company issued an aggregate of 8,000,000 shares for an investment of $0.91 per share or $7,280,000.
